Your Healing Journey

Your Healing Journey

I’ve been on the personal transformation path for around 12 years now and I think that’s one of more important reasons why I can support others on this path – my own experiences, failures, learning, growth. As some of you know, I come from a very conservative upbringing and lots of bullying growing up. I absolutely love this path of transformation, healing and think it’s incredible how much we can achieve if we embrace our growth and blossom into people we are inside.

Past has no power

Past has no power

It’s the New Year. New You. Embrace a frequency of who you’d like to become, generate the frequency of things, adventures and experiences you want to attract. Make an action plan and change your reality – one little step at a time. The past has no hold on you.

Write life with action

Write your life with actions

Just now I’ve read about Nicholas Winton – man who saved 669 Jewish kids during the second world war and kept quiet about it for 50 years until his wife discovered his notes. Incredible! And then I thought to myself – what an amazing way to write his life with actions and contribute… Going to sit with this for a while and see how I’m contributing.

our reality

Our Plans

I tend to say “The future is friendly” – just like an old telecommunications commercial has taught us 🙂 Our fears, anxiety about the future  and negative projections typically never come true exactly as we were afraid they would. Have a wonderful day, my friends and enjoy today! It’s magnificent. And the NOW is also we ever had anyways!

pain is the mind

Witness the thoughts.

FOCUS IS EVERYTHING. Shifting focus from being in the epicenter of the painful emotions to becoming the space around them. Witnessing the pain, fear, anger, rage while holding space for yourself takes an edge on and allows to settle down and soften the pain. “Pain is the mind. It’s the thoughts of the mind. Then I get rid of the thoughts, and I get in my witness, which is down in my spiritual heart. The witness that witnesses being. Then those particular thoughts that are painful – love them.”

Ram Dass

More you can hear

The more you can hear

“The quieter you become, the more you can hear.”

Ram Dass

I love this on so many levels – I’ve noticed that when I become quieter – I’m able to better sense into myself (meditation, mindfulness, self care); others (focusing on their energy, stories, experiences and hence understanding better); this world – you’d be surprised how much more in touch with the energy, nature, universe we become when we quiet our minds. New webinars coming up on getting in touch with ourselves, energy, sensuality and others. Stay tuned 😉

What we have to discover

“What we have to discover is that there’s no safety, that seeking is painful, and that when we imagine that we have found it, we don’t like it.”

Alan Watts

I remember reading a book called “The happiness trap” It’s centered around a premise that happiness is an elusive state. Highly valued, relentlessly perused, rarely experienced. Ironically, the harder we try to buy, seize, or closet happiness, the less likely we are to be happy. Indeed, even talking about “how we can be happy” often leaves us with a sense of dissatisfaction – the happiness trap.

work is love

Work is love

“Work is love made visible.”
Khalil Gibran

I can definitely relate – absolutely love what I do. Of course, like anyone else I do have days when I feel overwhelmed, tired and defeated… But mostly – so joyous and very grateful! How about you guys? Are you passionate about your career choices? Or, even in a broader sense – life’s work, house work etc. Do you agree that work is love made visible?
