From Mental to Playful Transitions
We all tend to be busy and often quite preoccupied during the day – work, errands, kids, parents – out day to day lives have a certain busy stress-filled rhythm. What does it take to transition into a slowed down, experiential, playful, sensual, sexual, creative and connective space with our lovers?
I think this pretty much sums it up whether we’re anxious about the future, upset about the past, lost in our thoughts and unable to relax and let go. Happiness, pleasure, joy, connection, love, belonging – all great feelings happen in the now. Do you agree?
“Meditation was very helpful for grounding me to listen to my self differently today.”
“Meditation was super – your voice is very soothing! I completely fell asleep and felt refreshed and balanced.”
“Thank you for the webinar. The Universe had me fall asleep for most of your talk”

We’ve all been there – unable to relax and enjoy joy, happiness and pleasure or feeling ashamed, guilty or uncomfortable about certain aspects of our expression or bodies. Internalized, these judgments create internal walls – blocking our creative expression and feelings of joy. At times, making us turn against our very core.
I tend to say “The future is friendly” – just like an old telecommunications commercial has taught us 🙂 Our fears, anxiety about the future and negative projections typically never come true exactly as we were afraid they would. Have a wonderful day, my friends and enjoy today! It’s magnificent. And the NOW is also we ever had anyways!
FOCUS IS EVERYTHING. Shifting focus from being in the epicenter of the painful emotions to becoming the space around them. Witnessing the pain, fear, anger, rage while holding space for yourself takes an edge on and allows to settle down and soften the pain. “Pain is the mind. It’s the thoughts of the mind. Then I get rid of the thoughts, and I get in my witness, which is down in my spiritual heart. The witness that witnesses being. Then those particular thoughts that are painful – love them.”
Thank you so much to everyone who came out to the Energy Orgasm webinar foundations yesterday!
We had a blast learning about the EO phenomenon, experiencing energy, going over benefits and some of us had the best time ever 😉 Below is some feedback from the participants during the session (please pay attention to S’s comments ;))
Did you know that Quantum field theory tells us that universe is comprised of many infinitely-large vibrational fields.
Furthermore, any disease, both mental and physical first presents itself on the energy level. The blockages that many of us feel inside are preventing us from from fully expressing ourselves and experiencing pleasure, sensuality and bliss. Join me tonight for a FREE webinar on exactly this topic and I’ll share a few helpful resources on the road to releasing the blockages and stagnated emotions. IDENTIFYING NEEDS + REDEFINING ONESELF (SEXUALLY, EMOTIONALLY, SPIRITUALLY), SETTING AND MANIFESTING INTENTIONS
Once, someone very wise has mentioned to me that while growing up we go through three stages of understanding ourselves and the world around us:
Learning what our parents and society believe we should be like and the societal norms we need to follow
Realizing that not everyone follows the same principles in life
Redefining for ourselves what our needs, values and belief systems are
