“Miracles come in moments. Be ready and willing.”

Wayne Dyer

So very true. Whenever you’re lost in anxious thoughts, please notice that the turmoil is usually mostly happening between your temples… The life itself is flowing effortlessly and graciously all around us with a multitude of miracles taking place everywhere. Taking a deep breath, witnessing the thoughts and allowing the emotions to be here without a judgement is a great way to experience the now. Comment: what miracles have you noticed today 😉

“You are the universe experiencing itself.”
Alan Watts

When I studied Kabbalah, this was one of the concepts that fascinated me the most and sounded very true… Perhaps, there’s no judgement, good or bad, right or wrong as we’re playing and simply experiencing ourselves. We are experiencing our bodies, playing with the idea of free will, noticing our emotions, thoughts rising and falling… Experiencing life cycles of growth. Hightening our vibrations, sharing them with others.

“All that you see out in front of you is how you feel inside your head.”
Alan Watts

We often project our fears, worries and anxieties onto others… According to Wikipedia, psychological projection is a defence mechanism in which the human ego defends itself against unconscious impulses or qualities (both positive and negative) by denying their existence in themselves while attributing them to others.

“Work is love made visible.”
Khalil Gibran

I can definitely relate – absolutely love what I do. Of course, like anyone else I do have days when I feel overwhelmed, tired and defeated… But mostly – so joyous and very grateful! How about you guys? Are you passionate about your career choices? Or, even in a broader sense – life’s work, house work etc. Do you agree that work is love made visible?
