The most important work I do is centered around shame.
As probably many of you know I come from a very conservative upbringing and the feelings of shame, guilt and judgement around sexuality accompanied me throughout my teen and late into my 20s. I had to dig deep, shine some light into these shadows and question / release any beliefs that were not serving me prior to allowing myself to feel free and aligned with my sexual force inside.
Predicament bondage
Predicament bondage is a wonderfully playful concept that includes elements of restraint (use of rope, handcuffs, telling someone to hold still etc.) and psychological domination (play that affects you multidimensionally). Usually play ideas involve creating a scenario where someone is told to hold still (with or without restraints) and is teased or tormented in a way that encourages movement, forcing them to fight against that impulse.
From Mental to Playful Transitions
We all tend to be busy and often quite preoccupied during the day – work, errands, kids, parents – out day to day lives have a certain busy stress-filled rhythm.
