Louise Hay was an amazing Healer, Motivation Speaker and Hay House founder. Her best selling books (“You can heal your life” and others) have been highly inspirational to me. She has recently passed away and to honor her memory I will use some of her quotes and affirmations in the next few weeks’ posts. I hope you will find these inspiring.

The best way to use her affirmations is to stand in front of the mirror and say them out loud while looking into your own eyes. Feel for the response that arises. If the affirmation doesn’t sound true, try questioning the thoughts that oppose it and try again. I hope that as you say your favorite daily affirmations you will see your life transform in more positive, more uplifting ways.
