Nature is an incredible source of energy for us. After all, the studies have shown that nature walks improve short-terms memory, restore mental energy, lower stress levels, reduce inflammation, boost immune system and improve vision!

I have always found the nature to be incredibly healing and energetically charging. The frequency that the nature emanates is high, yet grounded, healing and potent. When an energy source vibrates at a high frequency, based on a quantum physics principle called “entanglement” it can positively influence the lower vibrating field. As a result, the lower frequency raises to match the source.

TIPS:

  1. Forest bathing – take the time to unwind and connect with nature to improve your health. Feel your chest and stomach expand with each inhale breathing in the sky, notice how the air leaves your lungs on the exhale breathing out stress. Slow down. Enjoy the moment.
  2. Feel grounded and held by finding a best looking tree – gently embrace it and visualize roots growing out of your feet into the earth. Notice the sensation of grounding, warmth you’re starting to feel in your feet. Become aware of the fact that you’re held. Always. No matter what.
  3. Going through a tough moment in life? Come sit by the moving water. Its frequency is so incredibly healing. Let the running water take all of your worries away.
