Monthly Event Invite! Balancing, Charging and Releasing – Energy Work Circle
Welcoming all genders to our January Circle! This beautiful gathering promotes human connection, support, shame-free sharing on topics of sexuality, spirituality and personal growth.
This workshop will focus on deepening into quantum physics, energy fields and multiple practical energy based exercises and meditative practices in order to achieve more emotional balance, relational and personal connection. We will also learn multiple techniques of bringing more energy, positivity, sensuality and self love into our lives as well as how to energetically resolve conflicts and manifest desires.
Quantum field theory explains that our universe is comprised of many infinitely-large vibrational fields that affect each other’s frequencies. Simply speaking, we live in a sea of energy. Spiritual, emotional issues and outdated belief systems create energetic blocks and stagnation in our auric field. We can learn to detect and work on negative changes before they permeate into deeper levels such as a physical dimension.
Join me on this journey full of magic, self exploration and deep sharing. We will cover the following topics:

We don’t often talk about spirituality / sexuality and yet we have so much to share and learn from each other. I feel called to create a unisex circle focusing on deep sharing and spiritual / sexual healing. Judgement free, open and supportive circle of people aligned to fully embrace their sexuality and self love.

– If you have a yoga mat – wonderful, if not – no worries
